Jaz-Michael King, Senior Director, Communications & Corporate Development

Picture of Jaz-Michael KingJaz is responsible for IPRO's e-business strategy, including content and community management, information and database architecture, Web site design, development and marketing. Very active in the online community, Mr. King has consulted on over 200 Web sites, including the Fairchild Publications Web sites and other national brands.

Before joining IPRO, Mr. King served as CEO of MerlinWeb, an Internet solutions company he founded in 1996. He is a member of the International Webmasters Association, the HTML Writers Guild and the Internet Society, as well as the Guild of Accessible Web Designers. He served as co-chair of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services SDPS Web Strategies Work Group.

Martina Dolan, MBS, Manager, Online Services

--> Martina performs hands-on project management, ensuring quality and accuracy of the IPRO and New York State Health Accountability Foundation family of Web sites, with day-to-day responsibility for managing the testing, maintenance, administration and development of enhancements to all managed properties.

Previously Martina worked as sole Web developer/designer for a London-based cancer charity's (CancerBACUP) awarding winning Web site, with responsibility for overall site development and maintenance. She has also worked as a freelance Web developer/designer since 1999.

John Schoneboom, Programmer

--> John is a Zend-certified PHP programmer, of which there are not many. He has focused largely on creating Web sites to compare measures of the quality of hospitals, nursing homes, and HMOs, as well as developing a range of other interactive online tools for IPRO and its clients. John has a background in science, technology, and international affairs, and has worked extensively with African universities to promote access to the Internet and other forms of digital media, and the incorporation of African research into international databases.
